VEYDRIS is a non-commercial hobby project run by a private individual in Serbia. The only contact channel is e-mail.

What to write about

• Account help – e-mail confirmation, password reset, lost recovery code;
• Privacy requests – access to or deletion of your data, deletion of your account;
• Reporting abuse or rule violations by other players, and security issues;
• general questions about the game. For bugs and suggestions, the in-game Feedback & bug report button is usually faster because it includes technical details automatically.

Please include

• your hero name;
• for account and privacy requests, write from the e-mail address registered with your account, so the request can be verified;
• never send your password or recovery code – they will never be asked for.

Replies are sent as soon as possible; privacy requests are answered within 30 days at the latest. What happens with the data in your e-mail is explained in the privacy policy: e-mails are used only to handle your request and are deleted once they are no longer needed.

There is no postal address, telephone or company. As a non-commercial private website in Serbia, VEYDRIS is not required to publish an imprint.
